Facts and myths about saving the treasures

Workshop “In Memoriam Katharina Hammer”: “Glanz im Dunkel” (Shine in the Darkness) is the title of her research-documentation. It covers saving the art treasures in Salzkammergut at the end of World War II., watching it from different aspects and standpoints. The first edition was made already in 1986. Dr. Katharina Hammer, 89 years old, died on the 17^th March of 2016 and she worked many years for the agenda of Nazi-Art-Robbery. Historians and provenience researchers from Austria and Germany will discuss die actual knowledge of the research saving the art treasures in Salzkammergut. Later on there will be published the result of this workshop in a special brochure.
